人工智能时代高职教师面临的挑战及教学提升策略 被引量:7

Study on the Challenge and Teaching Promotion Strategy of Higher Vocational Teachers in Artificial Intelligence Era

摘要 人工智能技术的应用正在重构学校的教育功能。面临人工智能时代带来的教学变迁和学习革命,教育教学与技术进步的深度融合,需要高职院校教师积极面对新时代的学习者,妥善定位技术进步与教和学的整体关系,走出一条人工智能时代的教学创新转型之路。在此基础上,提出高职教师应转变教学理念,具备数字胜任力,学会人机协作,改进课堂教学策略,以有效应对时代变化和智能技术带来的挑战。 The application of artificial intelligence technology is reconstructing the educational function of schools.Facing the teaching changes and the learning revolution brought by the artificial intelligence era,the deep integration of education,teaching and technological progress,it needs teachers from higher vocational colleges to actively face learners in the new era,properly locate the overall relationship between technological progress and teaching and learning,take a road of teaching innovation and transformation in the era of artificial intelligence.On this basis,it is proposed that higher vocational teachers should change their teaching concepts,have digital competence,learn human-computer collaboration,improve classroom teaching strategies,in order to effectively respond to changes in the times and challenges brought by smart technology.
