摘要
原有的人类遗传性状调查实验是基于其遗传方式符合孟德尔单基因遗传规律,通过社会调查与群体遗传学分析,使学生正确理解和掌握哈迪-温伯格平衡定律及其运用。但目前的研究发现,这些性状并不完全符合单基因遗传规律,因此有必要对该实验的内容和方法进行改进。文章对改进后的实验内容和实验方法进行了较详细的阐述,形成了具有探究式特点的综合性实验。改进后的实验能够使学生掌握群体遗传学数据调查与结果分析的科研思路和操作技术,激发学生的科研兴趣和创新意识,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
The original investigation experiment of human genetic characters is based on the fact that the genetic mode conforms to Mendelian single gene genetic law.Through the social investigation and population genetics analysis,students can correctly understand and master Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law and its application.However,the present study finds that these traits do not fully conform to the single gene inheritance,so it is necessary to improve the content and method of the experiment.The paper elaborates the improved experimental content and method in detail and establishes a comprehensive experiment with inquiry type characteristics.The improved experiment can enable students to master the scientific research ideas and operation techniques of population genetics data investigation and result analysis,stimulate students’interest in scientific research and innovative consciousness,and cultivate students’ability to analyze and solve problems.
