摘要
文章以汤阴汤河国家湿地公园内部的保护与利用以及外部的协同发展为研究契机,探讨带状河流型湿地生态保护与发展的矛盾关系和以及协同发展的必要性,提出汤河国家湿地公园"四带"协同发展的总体策略,为带状河流型湿地公园的协同发展提供借鉴;同时详细阐述了汤河国家湿地公园河道生态恢复、河岸带生态修复、湿地内外协同发展的项目策划和配套建设的方案,实现以湿地生态效益带动经济效益和社会效益的可持续发展目标。
This paper takes the internal protection and utilization of Tangyin Tanghe National Wetland Park and the external coordinated development as a research opportunity,discusses the contradictory relationship between the ecological protection and development of the zonal river wetland and the necessity of coordinated development,and proposes the overall strategy for the coordinated development of the"four belts"of the the Tanghe National Wetland park,and provides a reference for the coordinated development of the zonal river-type wetland park;at the same time,it elaborates the river ecological restoration,the riparian zone ecological restoration and the coordinated development of the wetland inside and outside of the project planning and development in the Tanghe National Wetland Park.In the end realizes the sustainable development goal of driving economic and social benefits with wetland ecological benefits.
