摘要
为探明不同来源大蒜资源精油成分的差异,该研究采用水蒸气蒸馏提取法提取大蒜精油,利用GC-MS分析精油组分及其相对含量。结论:大蒜精油的含量在0.13-0.36 mL/100g之间,精油提取率有较大差异,贵州和江苏大蒜资源的精油含量相对较高。采用GC-MS法分析了24份大蒜精油,共得到40种物质,其共有成分二烯丙基三硫化物、二烯苯基二硫化物、甲基-2-丙烯基三硫化物和二烯丙基四硫化物的累计含量大于70.00%,不同来源的大蒜资源其精油成分差异较大,贵州大蒜资源的大蒜素含量较高、品质较好。聚类分析结果表明,在欧氏距离20.00处可将24份大蒜资源聚为4大类群,贵州大蒜资源主要聚集在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类群中,而第Ⅳ类群中主要为外省资源。大蒜精油成分相对含量变化可作为大蒜种质资源鉴定的有效途径之一。
In order to investigate the differences of essential oil components from different sources of garlic,garlic essential oils are extracted by steam distillation,and their components and relative content are analyzed by GC-MS.Conclusion:The content of garlic essential oils is 0.13-0.36 mL/100 g,and the extraction rate of essential oils is significantly different.The content of essential oils of garlic resources in Guizhou and Jiangsu is relatively high.24 kinds of garlic essential oils are analyzed by GC-MS,and a total of 40 compounds are obtained.The cumulative content of diallyl trisulfide,dienophenyl disulfide,methyl-2-propyltrisulfide and diallyl tetrasulfide is more than 70.00%.The essential oils from different sources of garlic have great differences.The content of allicin in Guizhou garlic resources is higher and the quality is better.The results of cluster analysis show that 24 garlic resources could be clustered into four groups at 20.00 Euclidian distance.The garlic resources in Guizhou are mainly clustered inⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgroups,while the IV group is mainly from other provinces.The change in the relative content of garlic essential oils could be one of the effective ways to identify garlic germplasm resources.
