带导流板的自吸式搅拌槽内流动场的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 对一带导流板的自吸式搅拌槽进行了数值模拟,研究搅拌转速、桨叶高度、叶片数目对搅拌槽内流动场的影响。结果表明,随着搅拌转速的均匀增大,搅拌槽内流体速度均匀度增大,搅拌轴功率也逐步增大;随着桨叶高度的逐渐增大,搅拌功率先降低再增加;桨叶安装高度为150 mm,搅拌混合效果较好;随着桨叶数目的增多,搅拌槽内的流体速度分布更加均匀,湍流程度呈现递增趋势。 The numerical simulation of flow field in a self-priming stirred tank with guide plate was carried out, and the effects of stirring speed, impeller height and number of blades on the flow field in the stirred tank were studied.The results show that the uniformity of fluid velocity and the stirring power in the stirred tank increases with the uniform increase of stirring speed.As the impeller height increased gradually, the stirring power first decreased and then increased.The mixing effect was better when the impeller installation height is 150 mm.With the number of blades increased, the fluid velocity distribution in the stirred tank is more uniform, and the degree of turbulence also presented an increasing trend with the increasing number of blades.
