摘要 为更加准确地对化工企业安全状态进行度量,进一步提高化工企业安全水平,提出了基于突变理论的化工企业安全状态度量模型。通过对化工企业安全的影响因素进行辨识分析,构建了化工企业安全状态影响指标体系,建立了化工企业安全状态度量的突变模型并确定了分析过程;通过对计算方法的优化,提高了结果的准确性。将此模型应用于某化工企业安全状态分析中,结果表明该方法合理可行,可为制定安全对策措施提供依据。 In order to accurately analyze the safety state of chemical enterprises and improve the safety level,a safety state measurement model based on catastrophe theory was proposed.By analyzing the influencing factors of the safety state of chemical enterprises,the index system of the safety state of chemical enterprises was constructed.Based on this index system,the catastrophe model and analysis process of the safety state measurement of chemical enterprises were determined.The accuracy of the results was improved by optimizing the calculating method.The analysis of practical application shows that the method is reasonable and feasible,which can be used to measure and analyze the safety state of chemical enterprises,and provide the basis for formulating safety countermeasures.
