摘要
建立某型内埋式双作动筒弹射发射装置零件、部级及产品级数据库和信息库,缩短导弹发射装置设计周期,提升设计效率。基于SolidWorks和Visual Studio软件平台进行参数化设计系统开发,借助Access建立三维模型数据库,并以气动模块、压紧装置为例对系统有效性进行设计验证。建立了某型发射装置三维模型数据库,开发了参数化设计系统。研究成果对于缩短机载导弹发射装置研发周期,提升其通用化、系列化、模块化及参数化设计效率具有一定的借鉴意义。
To shorten the design cycle and improve the design efficiency,the database and information base of parts,ministerial and product level of a missile launcher should be established.The parametric design system is developed with the help of SolidWorks and Visual Studio software platform.The corresponding three-dimensional model database is established based on ACCESS,and the effectiveness of the system is designed and verified by pneumatic module and pressing device.The 3D model database of a certain launcher is established,and the parametric design system is developed.The research results have certain reference significance for shortening the development cycle of airborne missile launcher and improving the efficiency of its generalization,serialization,modularization and parametric design.
