一种用于卫星装配姿态调整的智能装备

摘要 在卫星平台研制中,为满足卫星单舱总装、测试需求,需要实现卫星舱体姿态的调整。对此,设计了一种用于卫星装配姿态调整的智能装备。这一智能装备可以停放和翻转装有卫星单舱的保持架,在卫星单舱仪器、电缆安装工况下能够作为停放架车使用。对这一智能装备的功能与结构进行了介绍,并对升降系统进行了分析。 In the development of the satellite platform,in order to meet the assembling and testing requirements of the satellite single cabin,it is necessary to realize the adjustment of the satellite cabin attitude.In this regard,the intelligent equipment for satellite assembly attitude adjustment was designed.This intelligent equipment can park and flip the cage equipped with the satellite single cabin,and can be used as a parking rack car under the installation condition of instrument and cable in satellite single cabin.The function and structure of this intelligent equipment were introduced,and the lifting system was analyzed.
