摘要
为有效缓解北京市交通拥堵情况,提升居民生活质量与出行环境,总结了北京市交通缓堵工作历程和发展现状,分析了交通拥堵存在的问题,深层挖掘了交通拥堵的产生原因,并从系统角度有针对性地提出了交通拥堵改善措施,最后结合区域功能地位和交通运行特征,明确了道路交通的未来发展方向,为交通管理者提供了借鉴和参考。
In order to alleviate effectively traffic congestion in Beijing to improve life quality of and travel environ-ment of residents,the history of traffic congestion alleviation are reviewed and.The existing problems and causes are analyzed deeply.From the system point of view,how to solve traffic congestion are put forward.Finally,combined with the regional functional status and traffic operation characteristics,the road development direction is defined in future to provide reference for traffic managers.
