摘要
在市场经济条件下,由于经营环境的变化,企业必须根据自身特点优化经济管理模式,应对各种挑战,制定合理的业务战略,实现业务目标并实施发展战略规划,控制经营风险。本文基于企业经济管理的内涵和特点分析市场经济条件下现行管理模式的弊端,讨论如何基于现代业务管理理论实施优化,并结合环境变化,通过优化组织结构,不断引入革新型财务管理理念,构建整体性的人力资源体系,不断完善企业经济管理方面的制度,使企业得到多方面的均衡发展。
Under the conditions of market economy,due to the changes in the business environment,companies must optimize their economic management models based on their own characteristics,respond to various challenges,formulate reasonable business strategies,achieve business goals and implement development strategic planning,and control business risks.Based on the connotation and characteristics of enterprise economic management,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the current management mode under the condition of market economy,and discusses how to implement optimization based on modern business management theory.In addition,combined with environmental changes,the article also optimizes the organizational structure,continuously introduces new financial management concepts,constructs an integrated human resources system,and continuously improves the system of enterprise economic management,so as to make the enterprise get a balanced development in many aspects.
