摘要
研究生教育是培养高层次创新人才的主要途径,肩负着培养高层次创新人才的重任,是国家创新人才培养体系的重要组成部分。不断提高研究生的培养质量是中国研究生教育的目标。学生、导师、培养单位是研究生培养过程中的三个主体,现阶段在研究生招生、培养、学位授予的过程中依然存在一些问题。根据调查问卷结果,从学生、导师、培养单位三个主体的角度分析了影响研究生培养质量的因素和存在的问题,并从三个主体的角度提出了提高研究生培养质量的对策,从而达到提高研究生培养质量的目标。
Postgraduate education is the major way to cultivate high-level talents.It shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-level innovative talents for our country,and is an important part of the national innovative talent training system.It has always been the goal of graduate education in China to continuously improve the quality of postgraduate training.Students,supervisors and training units are the three main parts in the process of postgraduate training.At present,there are still some problems in the whole process of graduate enrollment,training and degree awarding.Based on the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the factors and problems that affect the quality of postgraduate training from three perspectives of students,supervisors and training units,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training quality of postgraduates from the perspective of three subjects,so as to achieve the goal of improving the training quality of postgraduates.
