摘要
换热管-管板焊接接头采用棒阳极X射线射线检测方法检测时,焊缝影像大小与焦距、换热管伸出长度、坡口深度及缺陷在焊缝中的位置等因素有关。同时底片影像会产生畸变和放大,影响缺陷评定的可靠性。在补偿块上加工人工模拟缺陷,兼做缺陷尺寸对比试块,射线检测时,将对比试块模拟缺陷与换热管-管板焊接接头同时投影到底片上,确定对比试块上模拟缺陷的影像放大系数,用该放大系数修正焊缝缺陷影像尺寸,从而提高缺陷定量准确性。
When the heat exchange tube-tube sheet welded joint is detected by rod anode X-ray inspection method,the size of the weld image is related to the focal length,the extension length of the heat exchange tube,the depth of the groove,and the position of the defect in the weld.The image of the negative film will be distorted and enlarged,which will affect the reliability of the defect assessment.On the compensation block,artificially simulated defects were machined,and it is also used as a defect size comparison test block.During the radiographic inspection,the simulated defects of the comparison test block and the heat exchange tube-tube sheet welded joint are projected on the substrate at the same time.It is necessary to determine the image magnification factor of the simulated defect on the comparison test block,and use the magnification factor to correct the image size of the weld defect,thereby improving the quantitative accuracy of the defect.
