甘肃某高钙高硅萤石选矿试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a High Calcium and High Silicon Fluorite in Gansu Province

摘要 甘肃某高钙高硅萤石矿石CaF_(2)品位为34.15%,CaCO_(3)、SiO_(2)含量分别达28.23%和22.07%,萤石呈自形或他形晶粒状,多与石英、方解石紧密连生,有的呈单体分布,萤石粒度粗细不等,粒径多为0.2~2 mm;石英呈他形粒状或柱状分布,与萤石、方解石等紧密连生,石英粒径多为0.02~0.6 mm;方解石多呈粒状分布,与石英、萤石紧密连生在一起,方解石粒径多为0.02~1.5 mm。为获得高品质萤石精矿进行了选矿试验,结果表明,矿石采用部分中矿集中处理、第5次精选精矿再磨闭路流程处理,获得了CaF_(2)品位97.62%、回收率85.35%、CaCO_(3)含量0.57%、SiO_(2)含量1.18%的精矿,试验指标较好。因此,部分中矿集中处理、精矿再磨流程对该矿石精矿的提质除杂有效。 The fluorite ore with high calcium and high silicon contains CaF_(2)34.15%with CaCO_(3)28.23%and SiO_(2)22.07%in Gansu province.The fluorite is euhedral or xenomorphic granular and finely dis⁃seminated between fluorite and quartz.Some of them are distributed as monomers,and the size of fluorite varies from 0.2~2 mm.Quartz is heteromorphic granular or columnar distribution,closely associated with fluorite,calcite,etc.The grain size of quartz is mostly 0.02~0.6 mm.Calcite is mainly granular distribution,closely connected with quartz and fluorite,and the size of calcite is mostly 0.02~1.5 mm.In order to obtain high quality fluorite concentrate,beneficiation test was carried out.The results show that the concentrate with CaF_(2)grade of 97.62%,recovery rate of 85.35%,CaCO_(3)content of 0.57%and SiO_(2)content of 1.18%is obtained by adopting the closed-circuit process of partial middling centralized treatment and regrinding of the fifth cleaning concentrate.The test indexes are good.Therefore,the centralized treatment and concen⁃trate regrinding process of some middlings are effective to improve the quality and remove impurities of the concentrate.
