摘要 “高质量发展”是未来高等职业教育发展的主题。江苏省促进高等职业教育质量建设的基本历程主要包括了酝酿阶段、起步阶段与高质量建设的新阶段等三个阶段。江苏省促进高等职业教育高质量发展的主要经验包括:践行共享发展理念,构建区域协同型的高等职业教育办学机制;立足本土办学,构建具有地方特色的现代职业教育体系;把握类型教育属性,畅通职业教育与其他教育的衔接通道;构建命运共同体,推进以产教深度融合为核心的多方参与机制。根据未来江苏省高等职业教育高质量发展的客观要求,需要引导和推动独立学院向高等职业教育转型;完善现代职业教育体系,以高考改革为契机创新职业教育招生制度;强化高等职业教育的类型教育属性;优化产教融合的体制机制,推进职业教育的创新发展。 "High⁃quality development"is the theme of the future development of higher vocational education.The basic course of Jiangsu Province to promote the quality construction of higher vocational education mainly includes three stages:the gestation stage,the initial stage and the new stage of high⁃quality construction.The main experience of Jiangsu Province in promoting the high⁃quality development of higher vocational education includes:practicing the concept of shared development,constructing a regionally coordinated higher vocational education school running mechanism;building a modern vocational education system with local characteristics based on local school running;grasping the attributes of type education to unblock the connection channel between vocational education and other education;building a community of destiny and promoting a multi⁃party participation mechanism centered on the deep integration of industry and education.In accordance with the objective requirements for the high⁃quality development of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province in the future,it is necessary to guide and promote the transformation of independent colleges to higher vocational education.We should improve the modern vocational education system and use the college entrance examination reform as an opportunity to innovate the vocational education enrollment system.We should strengthen the type of higher vocational education attribute,optimize the system and mechanism of the integration of production and education and promote the innovative development of vocational education.
