摘要
化工分离的综合性实验对培养学生的动手操作能力以及创新能力起着至关重要的作用。目前仿真模拟技术的发展迅速,化工分离教学活动中引入过程模拟技术成为当下发展趋势。仿真模拟技术具有低成本、高效安全的特点,与传统化工实验形成了互补。以甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲醇/水三元共沸物为例,将气液相平衡测定实验、Aspen Plus软件教学及萃取精馏过程模拟相结合,形成综合性化工实验课程,涉及三元体系的气液相平衡测定方法、化工模拟软件授课、萃取精馏过程模拟等主要内容。将实验教学与工程实践相结合,提升教学效果、开发学生动手能力和创新思维,有利于培养综合性的化工人才。
An important part of the training of chemical engineering professionals in universities is from chemical engineering experiments.The comprehensive experiment of chemical separation is essential for the students'practice ability and innovation spirit.Nowadays,the development of simulation technology is very mature,and the introduction of process simulation technology in chemical separation teaching activities has become a popular trend.Simulation technology has the characteristics of low cost,high efficiency and safety,and forms a complement to traditional chemical experiments.Taking methyl methacrylate/methanol/water ternary azeotrope as an example,combined the vapor-liquid equilibrium measurement experiment,Aspen Plus software teaching and extractive distillation process simulation,a comprehensive chemical engineering experiment course is formed.It involves the vapor-liquid equilibrium of the ternary system measurement methods,chemical simulation software teaching,and extraction distillation process simulation.Combined laboratory teaching with engineering practice,this experiment teaching can improve teaching effects,develop students'practical ability and innovative thinking,and cultivate comprehensive chemical engineering talents.
