摘要
为了在矿山钻孔救援过程中及时获知救援井井筒结构参数信息,设计了救援井井筒直径动态测量系统。该系统以模拟救援提升舱的测量平台为核心,通过控制测量平台在井筒内的提升或下放,结合6个激光测距传感器到井壁的距离信息,在LabVIEW中运用最小二乘圆法进行拟合处理,得到井筒中心坐标、井筒直径等数据,并将深度、拉力、摄像视频等数据实时显示在LabVIEW软件的前面板上。通过在井筒内壁人工设置变形点,以不同速度提升测量平台来验证系统的精度。试验表明,当提升装置速度为0.02~0.1 m/s时,该系统的相对误差在±0.8%范围内,可用于指导钻孔救援的提升工作。
In the process of mine drilling rescue,in order to obtain the structural parameters of the rescue shaft in time,a dynamic measurement system of shaft diameter is designed.The system takes the measurement platform that simulates the rescue hoisting capsule as the core.By controlling the lifting or lowering of the measurement platform in the shaft,combining the distance information of the six laser ranging sensors to the shaft wall,and using the least-squares circle method for fitting processing in LabVIEW,the data such as the shaft center coordinates,shaft diameter,and other data are obtained,moreover,combined with depth,pulling force,video,and other data,real-time display on the front panel of LabVIEW software.The system's accuracy is verified by manually setting the deformation points on the inner wall of the shaft and lifting the measuring platform at different speeds.The test results show that the system's relative error is within±0.8%when the lifting device is lifting at a speed within the range of 0.02~0.1 m/s,which can be used to guide the lifting work of drilling rescue.
