基于Web远端控制的无线式电容无损检测系统 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有电容无损检测设备成本高、操作不便等问题,兼顾工程应用价值与实验教学需求,设计了一种基于Web交互技术的无线式电容无损检测系统,包含无损检测仪、可更换共面电容探头和USB蓝牙收发器。利用共面探头电容值表征缺陷的特征,通过蓝牙实现与本地Web服务器的信息交互,采用网页实现仪器控制与数据可视化,支持测量信号的实时接收与显示,通过波形反映缺陷的位置和尺寸信息。测试结果表明,系统可对不同类型材料中的缺陷进行快速检测并实现检测信号的无线传输。采用的设计方案降低了整机成本并提高了系统灵活性,为现场应用和实验教学提供了新的思路。 In view of the high cost and inconvenience of the existing capacitive non-destructive testing equipment,a wireless capacitive non-destructive detection system based on web interaction technology is designed by taking into account the value of engineering applications and the needs of experimental teaching.The detection system,which comprises a non-destructive detection instrument,a changeable coplanar capacitive probe and a USB Bluetooth transceiver,uses the capacitance of the coplanar probe to characterize the defect,realizes the information interaction with the local Web server through Bluetooth,uses the Web page to realize the instrument control and data visualization functions,supports real-time reception and display of measurement signals,and reflects the location and size of defects through waveforms.The test results show that the system can quickly detect defects in various types of materials and realize wireless transmission of detection signals,reduces the cost,improves the flexibility,and provides new ideas for on-spot application and experimental teaching.
