摘要
基于2009-2019年全国高校毕业生就业状况抽样调查数据,研究了我国高校毕业生专业兴趣对就业质量的影响,并考察了成绩和学用匹配在其中发挥的中介效应,分析了影响随时间变化的趋势。研究发现:第一,毕业生专业兴趣较稳定且2009-2019年间有小幅提升;第二,专业与兴趣越吻合,毕业落实率越高,就业满意度也越高,但对起薪没有显著影响;第三,学习成绩在专业兴趣影响毕业生毕业落实中发挥了部分中介效应,学用匹配则在专业兴趣影响就业满意度中发挥了部分中介效应;第四,专业兴趣对毕业落实的正向影响近5年存在上升趋势。
Based on the data of 2009-2019 National Survey of College Graduates,this study examines the influence of college graduates’professional interest on employment quality,the mediating effect of academic achievement and job matching in the influence and the time trend of the influence.The conclusions of this paper are as follows.First of all,college graduates’professional interest is relatively stable with a small increase from 2009 to 2019.Second,the higher professional interest,the higher actual graduation implementation rate and employment satisfaction,but professional interest has no significant impact on starting salary.Third,academic achievement plays a partial mediating effect in the impact of professional interest on graduation implementation.Job matching plays a partial mediating effect in the impact of professional interest on employment satisfaction.Fourth,the positive impact of professional interest on graduation implementation has exhibited an upward trend in the past 5 years.
