摘要
目的:探讨住院医师规范化培训(住培)产科麻醉危机管理情景模拟培训的效果。方法:选取40名高年级麻醉科住培学员,将他们随机分为模拟培训组、常规培训组,其中对模拟培训组采用情景模拟教学法,开展危机资源管理能力培训。结果:两组的理论、分项技术操作成绩之间无显著性统计学差异(P>0.05);关于危机管理总体表现、非技术技能评分方面,模拟培训组显著高于常规培训组(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟培训可以有效提升学员产科麻醉危机管理水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of situation simulation training on crisis management of anesthesia in the obstetrics department for the standardized training of residents. Methods:40 higher-grade residents receiving standardized training in the department of anesthesiology were randomly divided into two groups: simulation training group and conventional training group;the simulation training group adopted situation simulation teaching method to carry out the training of crisis resource management ability. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in theory and sub-technical performance(P>0.05). Regarding the overall performance of crisis management and the score of non-technical skills, the simulation training group was significantly higher than the conventional training group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Situation simulation training can effectively improve the crisis management level of trainees in obstetric anesthesia.
