摘要
针对某严寒地区大学校园建筑群构成复杂、供热范围与核定范围不一致等情况,在现行节能量核定标准方法的基础上,提出改进的分析方法,即在缺少分户热计量的情况下,针对改造过程中供热面积增加的问题,采用不同建筑的设计节能率作为权重系数估算核定边界内、核定边界外及新增供热面积的单位面积能耗,以便更准确核定边界范围内的节能量,为该类复杂项目的节能量核定提供新思路。
It is challenging to deal with energy saving amount evaluation of building complex such as a college campus in severe cold region,it may occur that the heating area of heating system to be evaluated is expended during the evaluation process.This paper puts forward an improved analysis method for energy saving amount to solve the problem,that is,in the absence of household heat metering,aiming at the problem of increasing heating area in the transformation process,the design energy saving rates of different buildings are used as weight coefficients to estimate the energy consumption per unit area within the approved range,outside the approved range and new heating area,so as to verify the energy saving amount within the boundary more accurately and provide new ideas for the energy saving amount evaluation of such complex projects.
