摘要
为了有效构建城市应急决策情报体系,满足城市发展需求,分析了智慧城市的应急决策,指出了应急决策情报体系的重点。提出了应急决策情报体系的构建,即组织体系和保障体系。总结了智慧城市发展提出的新要求:城市应急管理将不再仅仅关注单个事件本身,而是对城市系统的深入分析和总结。随着智能城市的发展,应急管理下的城市信息化将继续深化,不同的紧急管理科目将有不同的信息需求。应有效完善关键技术,为我国智慧城市的发展奠定良好的基础。
In order to effectively construct urban smart emergency decision-making information system,satisfy the demand of urban development,the research analyzes the emergency decision-making of smart city,points out the key points of emergency decision-making information system,and proposes the construction of emergency decision-making system,i.e.organization system and insurance system.New requirements of smart city development are summarized,i.e.urban emergency management should not only focus on the event itself,but also it is the deep analysis and summary of the urban system.With the development of smart city,urban information under emergency management should be continuously deepened to meet the different information requirements according to different emergency management disciplines.It is suggested to effectively perfect the key technologies to lay good foundation for the smart city in China.
