摘要
电源线传导敏感度试验项目CS101,是所有军用装备必须通过的测试项目,主要目的就是为了检验电源线传导干扰的敏感性。通过对MIL-STD-461\462系列标准和GJB 151\152系列标准归纳和总结,详细地分析了军用EMC标准中CS101项目测试方法在各个标准版本中的演变过程。介绍了美军标MIL-STD-461G最新测试方法,分析了CS101项目在被测设备最大工作电流、接收机测量方法和电压限值方面的最新变化。其中,接收机加纹波监测探头方法,具有准确性和安全性高的特点。最后,探讨了未来国军标CS101项目的改进方法,并就标准完善在测试方法、限值规定等方面提出了建议,以使军用装备CS101项目的测试更合理、更易操作。
Power line conduction sensitivity test of CS101 is a test item that all military equipment must pass,and its main purpose is to test the sensitivity of the power line conduction interference.By summarizing the MIL-STD-461/462 series of standards and the GJB 151/152 series of standards,the evolution process of the CS101 item test method in the military EMC standards in each standard version is analyzed in detail.The latest test methods of the US military standard MIL-STD-461G is introduced,and the latest changes in the CS101 project in terms of the maximum operating current of the device under test,receiver measurement methods and voltage limits are analyzed.Among them,the method of receiver plus ripple monitoring probe has the characteristics of high accuracy and safety.Finally,the improvement methods of the CS101 item in future national military standard,and the improvement of the standard in terms of test methods and limit regulations are put forward so as to make the test of CS101 item of military equipment more reasonable and easier to operate.
