摘要
目的分析苯巴比妥联合卡马西平治疗癫痫病的临床效果。方法从我院2018年9月至2019年9月接诊的癫痫病患者选100例。根据随机数字表方法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组患者都有50例。所有患者均采用药物治疗,对照组患者单独使用卡马西平治疗,观察组患者将卡马西平与苯巴比妥联合用药治疗。分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组意识丧失伴随抽搐、意识丧失伴短暂抽搐、意识丧失无抽搐等发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对比单独用药治疗癫痫,患者将苯巴比妥与卡马西平联合使用可提高治疗效率,改善患者病情,有利于患者预后,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital,100 patients with epilepsy were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups.There were 50 patients in the control group and the observation group.All patients were treated with drugs,the control group was treated with carbamazepine alone,and the observation group was treated with carbamazepine and phenobarbital in combination.Analyze the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of loss of consciousness with convulsions,loss of consciousness with transient convulsions,and loss of consciousness without convulsions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the treatment of epilepsy with a single drug,the combined use of phenobarbital and carbamazepine can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the patient's condition,and benefit the prognosis of the patient.The clinical application effect is significant.
