摘要
目的探讨益肾活血通窍法治疗耳源性眩晕缓解期耳石器异常患者的效果。方法选取2016年9月至2019年9月本院收治的耳源性眩晕缓解期耳石器异常患者80例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用益肾活血通窍法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、前庭症状指数(vestibular symptom index,VSI)、Berg平衡量表(berg balance scale,BBS)、眩晕障碍量表(dizziness handicap inventory,DHI)及颈源性肌源性电位(cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potential,cVEMP)和眼源性肌源性电位(ocular ves-tibular evoked myogenic potential,oVEMP)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VSI评分、DHI评分、cVEMP P波潜伏期、oVEMPP波潜伏期均低于对照组,BBS评分、N-P波振幅、N-P波振幅均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾活血通窍法治疗耳源性眩晕缓解期耳石器异常患者的效果显著,可改善前庭功能及眩晕症状,提高生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao method on otolith abnormality in remission stage of otogenic vertigo.Methods 80 patients with otolith abnormalities in remission stage of otogenic vertigo in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were divided into two groups according to randomly number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao method.The clinical efficacy,vestibular symptom index(VSI),Berg balance scale(BBS),dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),cervical myogenic potential(cVEMP)and ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential(oVEMP)were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VSI score,DHI score,cVEMP wave latency and oVEMP wave latency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the BBS score,N-P wave amplitude and N-P wave amplitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao method is effective in the treatment of otolith abnormalities in remission stage of otogenic vertigo,which can improve vestibular function and vertigo symptoms,and improve the quality of life.
