摘要
在县域电商不断扩大的经济背景下,农村居民对末端配送的时效和质量产生了新要求。但是农村末端配送存在着配送时效与农村居民作息时间不匹配、送取件不灵活等问题,智能快递柜走进农村是提高农村末端配送效率和配送质量的有效替代措施。政府、电商企业、物流企业有必要共同打造一个集多种功能于一体的农村智能快递柜系统,实现共建共享。
With the enlarging of county area e-commerce,rural residents have new requirements for the limitation and quality of terminal distribution.Meanwhile,some problems exist in rural end distribution,for example,distribution time can't match with rural residents'daily schedule,and the delivery and pick-up parts are not flexible.Smart delivery cabinets act as an alternative measure in proficiently promoting rural distribution efficiency and quality.Government,e-commerce companies and logistics companies need to construct a multifunctional smart delivery cabinet system based on co-construction and sharing.
