摘要
为降低事业单位档案管理安全风险指数,论文研究了事业单位纸质档案及电子档案规范化统一管理策略,阐述事业单位纸质档案及电子档案管理的理论背景,总结档案管理问题,构建事业单位纸质档案及电子档案规范化统一管理策略。实例分析证明,应用了事业单位档案管理策略后,事业单位档案管理安全风险指数降低为0.50。
In order to reduce the security risk index of archives management in public institutions,this paper studies the standardized and unified management strategy of paper archives and electronic archives in public institutions,expounds the theoretical background of paper archives and electronic archives management in public institutions,summarizes the problems of archives management,and constructs the standardized and unified management strategies of paper archives and electronic archives in public institutions.The case analysis shows that the security risk index of archives management in public institutions is reduced to 0.50 after the application of archives management strategy in public institutions.
