摘要
针对长平煤矿53083巷掘进至450 m~510 m段受应力影响巷道中部顶板出现严重下沉现象,导致巷道顶板承载能力降低、永久支护失效严重,威胁着巷道安全快速掘进,综掘一队通过技术研究,决定对53083巷顶板下沉段采取锚索梁加强支护技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采取加强支护技术后有效控制了应力区顶板下沉现象,顶板下沉量控制在0.12 m以下,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the serious subsidence of the middle roof of the roadway from 53083 roadway to 450 m~510 m in Changping Coal Mine,which leads to the reduction of the bearing capacity of the roadway roof and the serious failure of permanent support,threatening the safe and rapid tunneling of the roadway,the first comprehensive excavation team decided to adopt the anchor cable beam to strengthen the support technology for the roof subsidence section of 53083 roadway through technical research.According to the practical application effect,the roof subsidence in the stress area is effectively controlled after strengthening the support technology,and the roof subsidence is controlled below 0.12 m,which has achieved remarkable application results.
