摘要
人口增长和城镇化扩张急需智慧城市的发展,城市信息模型(CIM)作为建设智慧城市的“一张数字蓝图”受到研究人员的不断关注。但CIM的实际应用仍不成熟,有必要对已有研究进行阶段性总结并指引CIM的应用方向。本文采用文献分析法,从Scopus和Google Scholar数据库中筛选出129篇将CIM应用于城市规划、建设和运维等多方面的文献,并进行深入分析,整理归纳出CIM概念演化、CIM应用现状及在典型应用场景中发挥的作用。结果显示:CIM概念向城市数字孪生体演化;城市规划方面CIM的典型应用包括城市空间布局优化、规划许可程序自动化、公路线路规划与纠偏,城市建设方面CIM的典型应用包括建筑供应链管理、施工场地规划、安全风险监控,城市运维方面CIM的典型应用包括城市能耗模拟与优化、城市危险源应急模拟、古建筑维护。为充分发挥文献分析的作用,本文基于应用现状提出了CIM应用框架,给CIM未来的应用和发展提供了参考。
Population growth and urbanization expansion urgently need the development of smart cities.Facing such serious issues,the city information model(CIM)—a digital blueprint for the smart city has received increasing attention.However,the applications of CIM are still limited in practice,and thus it is necessary to summarize the existing research efforts in order to guide the future exploration of CIM.In this paper,the literature analysis method is used to analyze 129 relevant papers from Scopus and Google Scholar databases.The evolution of the CIM concept,CIM application status,and the role of CIM applied into typical scenarios was analyzed.The results show that the concept of CIM evolves to the city’s digital twin.Typical applications of CIM in urban planning,construction,and operation and maintenance are respectively urban spatial layout optimization,automated rule checking on building permit process,highway planning,and line checking;construction supply chain management,construction site layout planning,safety risk monitoring;urban energy consumption simulation and optimization,emergency simulation for urban hazards,maintenance of historic buildings.Finally,a general application framework of CIM is proposed,which provides a foundation for the future use of CIM.
