摘要
形气神一体观是中医认识生命活动和疾病演进的核心理论。从形、气、神的病理关联探讨肿瘤的发生,认为肿瘤的形成以心动神摇为源,神不御气为基,气形转化失司为始,形质异化为果。肿瘤的发生是形、气、神异常交联互动的恶性渐进过程,故基于形气神一体观剖析肿瘤的发生,不仅对构建肿瘤的中医病因病机体系有重要意义,同时可为中医辨治肿瘤提供有效的指导。
The holism of body,qi and spirit is the core theory for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to understand life activities and disease evolution.When the pathological associations among body,qi and spirit were used to analyze the occurrence of tumors,it is found that restless heart and blurred spirit is the origin;spirit failing to circulate qi lays the foundation;loss of control on qi-body transformation is the beginning,and body-constitution dissimilation is the result.Tumors gradually formulate when the abnormal cross-linking and interaction among body,qi,and spirit gets worse;therefore,the holism of body,qi and spirit concept should be followed to analyze the genesis of tumors,which can not only help construct the etiology and pathogenesis system of tumors in TCM,but provide guidance for syndrome differentiation and treatment of tumors.
