摘要
采用真空感应熔炼的方法制备了U-0.5%Ti、U-0.75%Ti和U-0.95%Ti合金试样,研究了Ti含量对合金微观组织、室温拉伸性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:三种成分的U-Ti合金组织均以针状和双凸透镜状马氏体为主,物相组成主要有α′相和U2Ti相;随着Ti含量的增加,U-Ti合金的晶粒逐渐细化,U2Ti相的含量逐渐增大。同时,随着Ti含量的增加,U-Ti合金的强度逐渐提高,而塑性逐渐降低,耐腐蚀性能也略有下降。
The samples of U-0.5%Ti,U-0.75%Ti and U-0.95%Ti alloys were prepared by vacuum induction melting,and then the effect of Ti content on alloy microstructure,room-temperature tensile perfor-mance and corrosion resistance was studied.The results show that the U-Ti alloys with the above three compositions have the microstructure mainly composited of acicular and biconvex lenticular martensite,and their main phases areα′and U2Ti.The grains of U-Ti alloy are gradually refined and the content of U2Ti phase increases with the increase of Ti content.As Ti content increases,the strength of U-Ti alloy gradually increases,while the plasticity gradually decreases,and the corrosion resistance slightly decreases.
