摘要
在环境水土基质样品的有机化学物质检测过程中,水土样品过脏导致测试目标化合物在仪器端信号受干扰的状况屡见不鲜,因此在检测过脏的水土样品时,必要的净化手段是必须的。本文总结了净化方法,列出了每种方法适用的有机化合物类别,通过对净化方法的总结,以及针对各种方法适用的有机物,可在进行目标化合物检测的过程中有的放矢地选择合适的净化手段,为检测人员提供清晰的指南。
During the testing and inspection of organic compounds in wastewater and soil samples,there are always the situations that the samples are too dirty to be analysed on the instrument as the signal is interfered.Therefore,certain ways of cleaning methods are necessary before the test.This paper summarizes some clean-up methods and lists the applicable target compounds for each method.It provides clear guidelines for inspectors to choose suitable cleaning method when certain kinds of compounds are tested.
