摘要
为了筛选对油菜菌核病生防效果优良的菌株,从油菜植株中分离得到72株内生菌,并对其中拮抗能力较强的菌株进行了菌种鉴定及盆栽防效分析。结果显示,共筛选到6株具有拮抗作用的内生菌,其中菌株1-4抑菌能力优良,培养5 d后的菌液在牛津杯中对核盘病菌的抑菌圈直径达15.28 mm。结合形态学、生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列分析结果,将菌株1-4鉴定为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)。油菜盆栽试验结果表明,菌株1-4的菌悬液和无菌发酵液均对油菜菌核病具有较好的防治作用,菌悬液处理的效果优于无菌发酵液。
To obtain antagonistic strains against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,72 endophyte strains were isolated from Brassica campestris L..In a dual-culture test,six strains exhibited the antifungal activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.The phylogenetic position and biocontrol effect of strain 1-4 with effective biocontrol activity were analyzed.The Sclerotinia sclerotiorum inhibition diameter of the supernatant of strain 1-4 cultured for 5 days was 15.28 mm using Oxford cup method.Based on the morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA analysis,strain 1-4 was identified as Bacillus licheniformis.Pot experiments showed that the bacterial suspension and the cell-free fermentation broth of strain 1-4 significantly inhibited the growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,with the efficacy of the bacterial suspension being better than that of the cell-free fermentation broth.
