摘要
作为企业管理会计的重要内容,业务和财务的有机融合能有效打破“信息孤岛”,实现企业数据共享,进而实现企业资源配置最优,实现企业价值最大化。越来越成熟的信息技术和支持性的宏观政策为业财融合创造了良好的氛围,但是企业财务人员能力不足以及部门“领地意识”给企业造成一定的挑战。通过分析业财融合的定义、必要性和可能遇到的机遇与挑战,这篇文章给出企业如何实现业财融合的建议。
As an important part of enterprise management accounting,the organic integration of business and finance can effectively break the“information island”,realize enterprise data sharing,and then realize the optimal allocation of enterprise resources and maximize enterprise value.This paper discusses the definition,necessity and possible opportunities and challenges of the integration of business and finance,and on this basis,gives some suggestions on how to realize the integration of business and finance.
