摘要
在家畜人工采精、精液品质检查、精液稀释保存运输和输精4个环节中,均涉及在体外处理精液。此时,外界因素不可避免地会对精子的活力、品质产生影响,进而影响人工授精的效果。该文从分析家畜体内精液与精子的特性入手,详细分析外界因素对体外精子的影响导致精子活力、品质等方面的变化,科学系统地总结提炼出在人工授精各环节精液处理中,应遵循的操作规程和注意事项。
In the 4 links of artificial insemination,semen quality inspection,semen dilution,preservation and transportation,and semen transfusion,all involve the treatment of semen in vitro.At this point,external factors will inevitably have an impact on the vitality of sperm,quality,and then affect the effect of artificial insemination.In this paper,the characteristics of semen and Spermatozoa in Vivo were analyzed,and the changes of motility and quality of spermatozoa caused by external factors were analyzed in detail,the operation rules and matters needing attention in semen treatment of artificial insemination were summarized.
