基于提升学生工程素质的食品工厂综合实训体系的构建与实践

摘要 阐述了食品工厂综合实训体系的内涵及特征,结合学校的办学定位和人才培养目标,以实践性教学环节为抓手,各自从4个方面介绍了食品工厂综合实训体系的构建和实施,最后论述了食品工厂综合实训对学生工程素质提升的意义。对于探索高校食品类专业综合性实训教学体系的构建和实施具有一定的借鉴意义。 This article explained the connotation and characteristics of the comprehensive training system for food factories,combined with the school's teaching positioning and talent training goals,the construction and implementation of the comprehensive training system for food factories were expounded from four aspects.Finally,the significance of comprehensive training in food factories to the improvement of students'engineering quality was discussed.This article has certain reference significance for exploring the construction and implementation of a comprehensive teaching system for food majors in colleges and universities.
