摘要
为推动长庆油气田产业开发,探索致密气高效开发模式,拓宽致密气有效开发下限为目标,增大储层钻遇率,加大部署水平段超过2500m井段,随着水平段井段的延伸,面临钻井液携砂、钻具摩阻大幅增加、泥页岩浸泡增大,井壁稳定难度大等技术难题。针对钻井中出现的技术难点研发了一套高粘切、强润滑的水基钻井液CQSP-RH,该体系在长水平段使用中突出高效润滑性和抑制性,钻柱和套管下放摩阻、钻进扭矩降低明显。2020年完成两口超长水平井,水平段分别长3321m、4118m,两口超长水平段井的顺利实施表明,该水基钻井液体系具有优良的携砂效果和高效润滑稳定性,可保证长水平段安全施工。
In order to promote the industrial development of Changqing oil and gas field,explore the high-efficiency development mode of tight gas,broaden the lower limit of effective development of tight gas,increase the drilling encounter rate of reservoir,and increase the deployment of horizontal section more than 2500 meters.With the extension of horizontal section,the technical problems such as sand carrying of drilling fluid,substantial increase of drilling tool friction,increase of shale immersion,and great difficulty of wellbore stability are faced.Aiming at the technical difficulties in drilling,a set of water-based drilling fluid cqsprh with high viscosity and strong lubrication was developed.In the long horizontal section,cqsp-rh system highlights high efficiency lubrication and inhibition,and the friction and drilling torque of drill string and casing are significantly reduced.In 2020,two super long horizontal wells will be completed,with horizontal sections of 3321m and 4118m respectively.The successful implementation of two super long horizontal wells shows that the water-based drilling fluid system has excellent sand carrying effect and high-efficiency lubrication stability,which can ensure the safe construction of long horizontal sections.
