摘要
近年来,人们对食品安全的重视程度不断提升,因此对于食品中农药残留检测技术的研究及应用也更加深入。气相色谱与食品检测具有密切联系,其核心在于分离及分析,通过应用此项技术,能够更好地了解食品中农药的残留情况,以准确判断食品安全及质量问题,保障人们的饮食安全。本文就气相色谱法在食品农药残留检测中的应用进行相关的分析和研究。
In recent years,people pay more and more attention to food safety,so the research and application of pesticide residue detection technology in food are more in-depth.Gas chromatography is closely related to food detection,its core lies in the separation and analysis,through the application of this technology,can better understand the situation of pesticide residues in food,in order to accurately judge food safety and quality problems,to ensure people's food safety.In this paper,the application of gas chromatography in the detection of pesticide residues in food was analyzed and studied.
