摘要
以双酚A环氧树脂和CO_(2)为原料,通过环加成反应及环氧基团的水解反应,获得含有环状碳酸酯和羟基的产物。将其与聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚型环状碳酸酯进行混合,作为增韧剂应用于环氧树脂改性中。通过模型反应,证明增韧剂的使用可有效提高体系的氢键化强度。当水解型环状碳酸酯的环氧转化率为64.8%时,增韧效果最佳。对增韧的环氧树脂进行傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)分析,证明此类增韧剂为环氧体系引入大量的氢键化氨基甲酸酯基团,可促进增韧剂与基体之间的相互作用,从而提高体系的增韧效果。
A series of intermediates containing cyclic carbonate and hydroxyl groups were synthesized by cycloaddition and epoxy group hydrolysis reactions with bisphenol-A epoxy resin and CO_(2)as raw materials.Then,it was mixed with polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether cyclic carbonate as toughener to modify epoxy resin.The model reaction showed that the toughener could increase the hydrogen bonding of carbonate groups effectively.When the epoxy conversion of hydrolytic cyclic carbonate was 64.8%,the toughening effect for epoxy resin was the optimal.Meanwhile,fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)analysis of toughened epoxy resins showed that this toughener brought a large amount of hydrogen bonded carbamates into the epoxy system,which could promote the interaction between the toughener and matrix,and improving the toughening effect.
