厚煤层冒放性评价及综采效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 综放开采技术是一种高效、安全的采煤方法,为了提高顶煤回采率,结合九里山矿15081综放工作面实际情况,通过超声波法对顶煤的冒放性进行评价,并布置运移跟踪仪来监测顶煤回采效果。结果表明,顶煤冒放性主要受煤体强度的影响,工作面顶煤冒放性评价结果为良好,实测顶煤回采率为85.7%,工作面下端头顶煤回采率较低,中部及上部的顶煤基本可以全部放出。 Fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology is an efficient and safe mining method.In order to improve the top coal recovery rate,combined with the actual situation of the 15081 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Jiulishan Mine,the caving ability of top coal is evaluated by ultrasonic method,and the movement tracker is arranged to monitor the top coal recovery effect.The results show that the caving ability of top coal is mainly affected by the strength of coal body.The evaluation result of caving ability of top coal in working face is good.The measured recovery rate of top coal is 85.7%.The recovery rate of top coal at the lower end of working face is low,and the top coal in the middle and upper part can be basically discharged.
