摘要
构建扫黑除恶案件质效评估体系,对于提高案件办理质效,进一步巩固扫黑除恶专项斗争成果具有重要意义。现阶段,为保持高压态势推进扫黑除恶常态化,扫黑除恶案件的数据资源建设已经成为一项重要基础工作。为此,应当围绕涉黑涉恶案件的主要特征,运用大数据创新社会治理机制,建立扫黑除恶案件质效评估标准,从而系统性构建扫黑除恶案件质效评估体系。
The construction of the quality and effect evaluation system for the cases against gang crimes is of great significance for improving the quality and effect of case handling and further consolidating the achievements of the special battles against gang crimes.At this stage,in order to maintain a high-pressure situation and promote the normalization of the battles against gang crimes,the construction of data resources for the cases against gang crimes has become an important basic work.To this end,it is necessary to focus on the main characteristics of gang-related cases,use big data to innovate social governance mechanisms and establish quality and effect evaluation standards for the cases against gang crimes,so as to systematically build a quality and effect evaluation system for the cases against gang crimes.
