摘要
半贫液工艺在天然气脱碳领域因能有效降低能耗而被广泛应用。笔者利用HYSYS软件建立了半贫液工艺流程模型,并通过与工厂天然气脱碳半贫液工艺中相关参数对比进行准确性验证。利用所建立的模型对半贫液工艺再生过程中的闪蒸及能耗进行了相关工艺参数影响规律探究。结果表明:对于闪蒸过程,醇胺溶液CO_(2)释放量随着闪蒸压力降低呈现增大趋势;吸收酸气负荷(二氧化碳/N-甲基二乙醇胺摩尔比,n(CO_(2))/n(Amine))在大于0.65时对CO_(2)释放量影响较明显,CO_(2)释放量随着吸收压力升高呈现线性增长;吸收塔富液出塔温度低于353.15 K时,其温度变化对闪蒸过程影响占主导作用。对于再生能耗方面,当再沸器温度为387.15 K、半贫液分流比为0.85、富液进料温度为348.15 K、醇胺溶液循环量为46000 kmol/h时,在保证净化效果的同时再生能耗较低。
The semi-lean solution process is widely used in the field of natural gas decarburization because it can effectively reduce energy consumption.A semi-lean solution process model was established using HYSYS software,and the accuracy was verified by the comparison with relevant parameters in the factory process.The established model was used to study the influence of the relevant process parameters on the flash evaporation and energy consumption during the regeneration of the semi-lean solution process.The results show that for the flash evaporation process,as the flash pressure decreases,the CO_(2) emission of amine solution increases as well.When the acid gas absorption load is greater than n(CO_(2))/n(Amine)=0.65,the change has a significant impact on the CO_(2) emission.The CO_(2) emission of the amine solution increases linearly with the absorption pressure.When the temperature of the rich solution from the absorption column is less than 353.15 K,the temperature change has a dominant effect on the flash evaporation process.Regarding the energy consumption of regeneration,when the reboiler temperature is 387.15 K,the semi-lean solution split ratio is 0.85,the rich solution inlet temperature is around 348.15 K,the circulation of amine solution is 46000 kmol/h,and the energy consumption is lower while ensuring the purification effect.
