摘要
目的:观察中医护理对血液透析肾病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取94例血液透析肾病患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组47例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施中医护理,2组均护理7 d。比较2组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:护理后,2组SAS、SDS评分均较护理前降低(P<0.05),试验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,2组精力、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、躯体疼痛、心理功能、生理功能、总体健康评分均较护理前升高(P<0.05),试验组上述各项生活质量细则评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理可有效缓解血液透析肾病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with hemodialysis nephropathy.Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with hemodialysis nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experiment group was additionally given Chinese medicine nursing based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were nursed for seven days.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)before and after nursing in the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of vigor,emotional function,mental health,social function,physical pain,mental function,physical function and general health in the two groups were increased when compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of the above items of quality of life in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing for patients with hemodialysis nephropathy can effectively relieve their anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life.
