摘要
近年动物食品安全问题频发,动物检疫受到社会各界的关注。在新经济时代背景下,畜产食品兽医业动物化学试验检疫管理部门面临的重要问题之一是充分利用有效的检测技术或管理方法,提高畜产动物的检疫服务水平,为畜产食品安全生产提供有效保障,促进经济社会和谐健康发展。该文对目前基层畜产动物实验检疫管理过程中可能存在的几个问题进行分析,整理可行性动物防疫政策及措施,并向许多畜产业和兽医相关人士提出相关建议。
In recent years,the problem of animal food safety is frequent,and animal quarantine is concerned by all circles of society.Under the background of the new economic era,one of the important problems faced by animal chemical test and quarantine administrative departments of animal products and food and veterinary medicine is to make full use of effective detection techniques or management methods to improve the level of animal products and animal quarantine service,to provide an effective guarantee for the safe production of animal products and food,and promote the harmonious and healthy development of economy and society.This paper analyzes several possible problems in animal laboratory quarantine management at the grass-roots level,sorts out feasible animal epidemic prevention policies and measures,and puts forward relevant suggestions to many people in Animal Industry and veterinary.
