摘要
胫腓骨骨折鉴定中往往存在多项条款竞合,致条款的选择易起争议。本文就1例交通事故致胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的鉴定来探讨相关争议,以供同行参考。
There are many clauses competing in the identification of tibiofibular fractures,which make the choice of clauses controversial.In this paper,the related controversy in the identification of a case of tibiofibular comminuted fracture caused by traffic accident is discussed to provide reference for peers and colleages.
