摘要
类沸石咪唑类金属有机骨架材料(ZIFs)是一种新型的多孔晶体材料,本文通过调控不同的金属比例制备了单金属以及双金属ZIF基氮掺杂碳材料,并研究了其电催化性能。通过调控六水合硝酸锌和六水合硝酸钴的比例得到了Co/Zn-ZIF,通过SEM和XRD观察到Co/Zn-ZIF的形貌以及晶体结构与ZIF-67基本相同,结果表明碳化后是一种非常好的石墨化碳材料。通过K-L方程得出,Co/Zn-ZIF-T的电子转移数达到了3.9,优于原始的ZIF-67-T,是理想的四电子反应路径,具有良好的ORR催化活性。
Zeolites like imidazole metal organic frameworks(ZIFs)are a new type of porous crystal materials.Single metal and bimetallic ZIF based nitrogen doped carbon materials were prepared by adjusting different metal ratios,and their electrocatalytic properties were studied.Co/Zn ZIF was obtained by adjusting the ratio of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate.The morphology and crystal structure of CO/Zn-ZIF were basically the same as that of ZIF-67 by SEM and XRD.The results showed that CO/Zn-ZIF was a very good graphitized carbon material after carbonization.According to the K-L equation,the electron transfer number of CO/Zn-ZIF-T reached 3.9,which was better than the original ZIF-67-T.It was an ideal four electron reaction path and has good ORR catalytic activity.
