摘要
秦山二期1号机组自2018年9月以来,反应堆硼和水补给系统(REA)存在自动补给因硼酸流量不一致延时30s跳闸的故障。自动补给故障不能运行将导致容积控制箱液位低时无法得到自动补给进而影响反应堆一回路水装量。文章通过故障树分析法结合REA系统设备运行控制原理及电磁流量计的原理,通过现场一系列数据分析、试验,最终确定导致REA系统自动补给因硼酸流量不一致跳闸的根本原因是气动蝶阀1REA015VD开启时间设置不合理导致硼酸回路被抢流。通过适当调节延长1REA015VD开启时间有效解决了该疑难问题,确保了核电机组安全稳定运行,值得在同类电站相似问题中进行推广。
Since September 2018,No.1 unit of Qinshan Phase Ⅱ has been in the fault of automatic replenishment of REA system,which is triggered by 30 s delay due to inconsistent boric acid flow.As a result,when the level of volume control tank is low,automatic replenishment cannot be obtained,which affects the water load of primary circuit of the reactor.Through the fault tree analysis method,combined with the operation control principle of REA system equipment and the principle of electromagnetic flowmeter,as well as a series of data query,analysis and field test on site,the paper finally determines the root cause of automatic replenishment of REA system due to inconsistent trip of boric acid flow.The opening time setting of 1 rea015 vd pneumatic butterfly valve in water circuit is unreasonable,which results in the robbed flow of boric acid circuit.By properly adjusting and prolonging the opening time of 1 rea015 vd,the difficult problem is effectively solved,and the safe and stable operation of nuclear power units is ensured.It is worth popularizing in the similar problems of similar power plants.
