摘要
核电厂电气系统单相断线故障由于不易探测,继电保护装置应对不灵敏且其导致的核安全风险极大等原因已成为国际核安全监管当局研究的热点和难点。本文针对国内M310堆型核电厂电气系统的特点并结合单相断线故障特点,指出核电厂厂外220 kV备用电源输电线路单相断线故障是引发核安全风险最为严重的电气系统。本文结合M310核电厂电气系统特点,运用对称分量法对厂外220 kV备用电源输电线路单相断线故障展开分析,并根据分析结果阐述了核电厂厂外备用220 kV输电线路的保护系统,无法完全应对该故障的原因。同时,详细分析了该故障对于核电厂厂内安全级电气系统安全稳定运行带来的风险及危害。最后,本文针对发现的可能存在的核安全风险提出了建议的应对措施。
The single open-phase ungrounded fault of the electrical system in nuclear power plants is difficult to be detected and also the relay protection device is not sensitive,as a result,the nuclear safety risk caused by the fault is also very high.Based on the characteristics of M310 and its improved nuclear power plant electrical system and combined with the characteristics of single open-phase ungrounded fault,this paper points out that the single open-phase fault of 220 kV standby offsite power supply transmission line is the electrical system with the highest probability of occurrence and causing the most serious nuclear safety risk.This paper makes a quantitative analysis with method of symmetrical components on the single open-phase ungrounded fault of the off-site standby 220 kV transmission line in M310 nuclear power plants,and expounds the reasons why the off-site standby 220 kV power system of nuclear power plants cannot completely deal with the fault according to the analysis results.At the same time,the risk and harm of the fault to the safe and stable operation of the safety class electrical system in the nuclear power plant are analyzed in detail.At last,some suggestions are put forward for dealing with the possible nuclear safety risks.
