摘要
本文报告2例食物肉毒中毒案例的诊治过程。患者为2名青年男性,进餐后出现恶心呕吐和动眼神经等颅神经麻痹症状,临床考虑为食物肉毒中毒,经过肉毒抗毒素A/B/E静脉点滴治疗后症状消失痊愈出院。患者出院后灌肠液培养出B型肉毒梭菌,证实了临床诊断无误。本文通过回顾病例的诊治过程以期为临床诊断和治疗食源性肉毒中毒提供参考。
This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of food botulism.Two young male patients developed nausea,vomiting,oculomotor nerve and other cranial nerve palsy symptoms after eating.Clinically,it was considered that after food botulism,the symptoms disappeared after intravenous infusion of botulinum antitoxin A/B/E,and they were discharged from hospital.Clostridium botulinum type B was cultured in enema fluid after discharge from the patient,which confirmed the clinical diagnosis.This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of cases to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of food-borne botulism.
