摘要
面对新形势下的时代变化,事业单位在进行改革时就应重视对档案管理的优化与创新。立足于档案管理存在的问题,从多个角度对档案管理工作进行改进,从而使事业单位能够获取更优良的发展效益。因此,从事业单位档案管理的现状出发,从理念、制度、效率及工作人员水平等多个方面探索事业单位档案管理的创新对策。
With the changes of the times,public institutions should pay attention to the optimization and innovation of archives management when carrying out reform.Based on the problems existing in archives management,the archives management work is improved from multiple angles,so that public institutions can obtain better development benefits.Therefore,starting from the current situation of archives management in public institutions,this paper explores the innovative countermeasures of archives management in public institutions from the aspects of concept,system,efficiency and staff level.
