摘要
目的探讨心理护理联合巴曲酶和甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗突发性耳聋的效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年7月收治的90例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(心理护理联合巴曲酶和甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗)和对照组(巴曲酶和甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗)各45例,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性(97.78%vs.82.22%,χ^(2)=4.444)以及治疗后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分[(79.58±4.28)分vs.(72.40±5.31)分,t=4.096]高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(37.75±3.63)分vs.(44.61±5.09)分,t=7.361]、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(36.85±3.28)分vs.(44.87±4.93)分,t=9.086]、平均听阈[(31.57±3.82)dB vs.(43.06±4.26)dB,t=13.471]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者接受巴曲酶和甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗的基础上,通过心理护理,可以减少负面情绪的影响,便于治疗工作的顺利开展,对于患者听力水平的恢复有着积极的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing combined with batroxobin and methylprednisuccinate in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods Ninety patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and 45 patients were divided into observation group(psychological nursing combined with batroxobin and methylprednisuccinate)and control group(Batroxobin and methylprednisuccinate sodium)respectively.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was(97.78%>82.22%,χ^(2)=4.444)and the post treatment health survey summary table(SF-36)score[(79.58±4.28)score vs.(72.40±5.31)score]of SAS was higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).The score of SAS was[(37.75±3.63)score vs.(44.61±5.09),t=7.361],SDS score[(36.85±3.28)score vs.(44.87±4.93)score,t=9.086],average hearing threshold[(31.57±3.82)dB vs.(43.06±4.26)dB,t=13.471]were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the treatment of Batroxobin and methylprednisuccinate,psychological nursing can reduce the negative emotion,facilitate the smooth development of treatment,and have a positive effect on the recovery of hearing level.
